Doncaster BMW

Construction of the $12.5million redevelopment of the Doncaster dealership has begun! Amongst many exciting changes the dealership will include a dual level showroom, completely refurbished by Jemson to international BMW standards, and a multi-level vehicle storage area just to name a few highlights.

Currently the workshop and carpark (stage one) are well under way with approx 12,500m3 of earth removed, retaining walls constructed and the steelwork and tilt-slabs initiated.

Floor levels and connecting ramps are expected to be poured by March for a total service workshop fit out of 28 bays with dedicated diagnostic bays, two 4 wheel alignment bays, tyre fitting, heating and cooling and increased tool storage space.

An environmentally friendly approach has been adopted where possible within the entire structure of the new dealership with energy saving materials, insulation, natural light and enhanced water recycling and rain water harvesters. By the end of May our state of the art workshop will commence operation for the start of something truly contemporary. Stay tuned for further updates as our exciting build continues.
